A HERITAGE OF EXCELLENCE

Our journey began in 1958 when Nagaratnam Sivalingam, our founder’s grandfather, entered the tea industry, working at Lipton Ceylon Ltd. After his retirement in 1974, he established his own tea blending and storage facility in Maligawatta, Colombo, where he exported Ceylon tea to the Middle East in wooden chests. In 1982, his son, Sivanathan Nagaratnam, expanded the family business by launching the 'SUPER T' brand. Although the 1983 riots devastated the business, the passion for tea continued to thrive in the next generation. Today, TEACOZ is led by Rohan Sivanathan, carrying the legacy forward.
