  • Dispatch Time: Most international orders are processed and dispatched the next working day, and we aim to deliver within 5-10 working days.
  • EU Orders: For customers within the European Union, we offer bulk purchasing from our UK warehouse to help reduce shipping and customs costs. Please email us at shop@teacoz.com for more information.
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Shipping rates are as follows:

Customs & Import Fees

Please note that we do not charge VAT, duties, or customs fees. These may apply in your country and will need to be settled directly with the relevant authorities before delivery can take place. Unfortunately, we have no control over local customs policies and are not responsible for any delays, confiscations, or additional charges that may arise.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it—just notify us within 30 days of placing your order.
